در اولین روزها

Adnow از سال 2014 شروع شد هنگامی که یک مُشت جوان متخصص دیجیتال که عاشق بازاریابی دیجیتالی، مثل RTB وBig Data بودند با هدف ایجاد فُرمت جدیدی برای تبلیغ بومی و مختلط وارد میدان شدند.
فرمت برای امور تبلیغاتی طراحی شد و کار پیداکردن مطالب جدید و جالب را بسیار آسان و کاربرپسند کرد. این فرمت امکان استفاده از بَنرهای رسانه ای و آگهی های بومی در خلال یک کمپین را فراهم کرده است، هنگام برپایی کمپین های ترویج بِرَند تجاری، این بنرها و آگهی ها نیز در معرض دید مشتریان و آژانس ها قرارمی گیرند.

مفهوم ارائه آگهی های تبلیغاتی و محتوا کاملاً شفاف و واضح است، گرچه راه حل های فنی پیچیده هستند. بیش از یک سال طول کشید تا گروه Adnow موفق شد اولین پِلَتفُرم پیش نمونه را عرضه کند. از همان ابتدا کارایی الگوریتم های آن تحسین برانگیز بود. با سپاس از بنیانگذارانی که طی 10 الی 14 سال اخیر با RTB ، Big Data، خرید رسانه، و کمپین های پرداخت به اِزای هر کلیک، و تبلیغات تلفن همراه همکاری کرده اند، سرانجام ایده به ثمر نشست. ترکیب عشق وشور و تجربه باعث شد این پلتفرم ارتقا پیداکند و به یک ابزار و معتبرو کارامد تبلیغاتی تبدیل شود.

درماه دسامبر2015، گروه Adnow برای اولین بار با وِب مَسترها همکاری کرد و پلتفرم چاپ برای استفاده دردسترس تمام علاقمندان قرار گرفت. از آن زمان تا به حال، مدل ریاضی والگوریتم ها، ضمن رعایت نظرمشتریان و شرکا، جنبه های فنی مختلف را بیش از12 بار بهبود بخشیده و ارتقا داده اند.

3 سال از شروع حرکت سپری شده و در سال 2016 گروه Adnow افتخاردارد پلتفرم بیش از 150,000 شریک کاری می باشد و بیش از 4 میلیارد نفر در ماه بازدیدکننده از107 کشور جهان دارد. گرچه این نتایج مایه مباهات ما است اما بخوبی آگاهیم که تا رسیدن به تکامل، راهی طولانی پیش رو داریم. هر روز بسیار تلاش می کنیم تا محصولات و الگوریتم های خود را بهبود بخشیم و بالاترین درآمد ممکن را برای طرفین – تبلیغ کنندگان و ناشران فراهم آوریم. ما تلاش کرده ایم فعالیت خود را توسعه دهیم تا به یک شرکت بزرگ بین المللی تبدیل شویم و هر روز بیشتر از روز قبل تلاش کنیم. و بدین علت است که توانسته ایم بیشتر از هر شبکه اینترنتی دیگری، پیشنهاد به شرکا و مشتریان خود ارائه دهیم.

Vladimir leads Adnow’s worldwide operations driving the product development, sales and business development. He has an experience in building technology companies. Prior to joining Adnow, Vladimir held senior executive positions at High Technology Ad networks. Vladimir has two university degrees in "Computerised systems of information processing and management" and "Internet Industry Management".

Daria Baranova

Affiliate Director

Over 7 years of digital marketing experience in different fields. Was in charge of digital strategy for Sweden embassy and Global Blue Representative. Daria joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Business Development Director and made a huge impact on the business acceleration in Europe. Daria got a Specialist degree in International relationship and E-business enterprise management, Master`s degree in Quality Management.

Rayees Wani

Sales Head Region Asia

Rayees has a 11 years of experience in Financial and Digital Marketing fields. Joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Sales Head of Asian Region. Не is among the pioneers who introduced the concept of corporate sales strategy, division by Geo factor and sales team building, B2B development. Thanks to Rayees’s help the sales force of Adnow got new energy by the way of revolutionizing sales code and ethics like introduction of new processes, voice support system for clients. Currently Rayees is handling the responsibilities of Sales Head Asia Region with his strongly built team of sales and operation specialists.

Phạm Thành Trung

Head of Advertiser’s Department

Trung is one of the most rapidly advancing employees up the career ladder at AdNow. Starting as a sales manager in 2016 he introduced an innovative way of sales negotiations thereby increased the amount of partners and the quality of the cooperation with them. Phạm Thành Trung brought AdNow platform to the whole new level using his expert knowledge of the Asian market. He implemented campaigns optimization, timely customer support, optimized the negotiation process and cooperation with the major players on the market. Today he is holding one of the highest positions in AdNow, leading the company up to the top of the market.

Anzor Khalimov

Business Development Manager

Anzor has a 11 years of experience in developing IT solutions for advertising services, including RTB, Big Data and artificial intelligence. Joined the Adnow team in 2011 and in 2014 became a business development manager. Has a master`s degree in informatics. Volunteer, loves dogs.
